Sucky as it may be to live in Hill, the kids over there seem to have a good sense of humor. Tipsters send us this photo from the second floor of Hill, where some crafty freshmen made a fake fire alarm with peanut butter inside. Also, this reminds us of an ad we would see on Nickelodeon in the 90′s.
