Gelato! Expensive Gelato!

Everybody’s favorite gelato joint got a mention in the food section of The New York Times! Thing it, the article wasn’t so much about how great their dairy treats are – instead, it focused on how exorbitantly priced artisanal ice creams have gotten. Even though we agree, nothing’s going to cause us to start picking Ben and Jerry’s over the occasional $5 small.

Ahem, Ben & Jerry’s happy hour with 3 scoops for 3 bucks is heaven. You will not catch me dishing out $5 for a thimble of gelato. Better yet, SprinKiwi owns ALL.

Nothing, I mean nothing, is better than a Capogiro treat.

Why am I tired of SprinKiwi already?

There is at least one reason why it is more expensive than Ben and Jerry’s that I find completely reasonable, if not commendable….http://capogirogelatoartisans.blogspot.com/2010/01/scottish-ayrshire-cows-homies.html
