Listserv Etiquette 101
Listserv abuse strikes again. Over the weekend, an email was sent out to a college house listserv condemning those who left laundry in the laundry room… you can guess what happened next.
Due to all of the recent misuse, we’d like to refresh everyone on listserv etiquette. We’ve got our three rules to good listserv-ing and the the nasty laundry emails, after the jump!
1) Stop tarnishing the image of students at our classy university and stay away from the words you wouldn’t say around Grandma.
2) Figure out if anyone wants to know or cares what you’ve got to say. Emails about dogs are almost always acceptable.
3) Basically, just don’t be an idiot.
If you still don’t get it- just do the opposite of the tools in the emails below!

This is just plain silly. Period. Penn’s admissions office should buck up; either that or something about Penn’s education is amiss!
That is all
actually, i agree with this kid’s sentiments. laundry rooms get cluttered with nasty socks and towels. the people who disagree are probably the ones who leave their $hit there or dont live in tight spaced dorms…
And besides, it’s finals. People are crabby. Let ‘em be.
I guess you didn’t see the subsequent e-mails about how in retaliation the “asshole” e-mailer pooped into one of the washing machines.
