Cirque du Sol-Radian
Acrobats and jugglers and accordionists, oh my! These performers have been spotted outside the Radian for the better part of the week, despite the ungodly temperatures hitting Philly (they work hard for the money). Anyone know their deal?

they literally won’t stop.
they are out there everyday.
they swing dance between amateur acts.
someone please stop them.
