The internet being the meme generator that it is, it’s frankly surprising that no notable Penn memes have been created since 2012. One mysterious Franklin-phile with an observant eye and too much time on his (her? their?) hands compiled over twenty statue pictures of our founder, captioned with every old joke in the book. Some of them (see: right) are actually pretty hilarious though.
