Penn has been ranked among the best in terms of our female undergraduate promiscuity nightlife according to Playboy! Hands down, Blarney and Smokes are most likely not the reasons why we got this ranking. Honestly, we have no idea why. The point: party more and maybe our 8th place national universities ranking will seem like less of a punch in the face. Class of 2016, that was a jab at you.
