Update: Many Chalkings Get Us Talking
Update: Spotted all over campus this morning, various music stars and some cheeky messages to the “public.” We know SPEC said to keep an eye out today, but something seems a little fishy about this being so… obvious. Are they trying to clue us in, or play games with our heartz? Let UTB know your thoughts in the comments!

There was a Katy Perry too
Such a shame if this is true. SPEC didn’t get a rapper last year and will get a joke of a rapper this year?
Remember when SPEC brought us Snoop and Cudi? Those were the good ol days.
http://macklemore.com/shows
the second weekend of april is not shown on macklemore’s website. Coincidence? I think not.
It said “the public thinks these artists are coming to fling” at 40th and Locust next to a drawing of Kendrick Lamar, could the ones drawn on the walk be the artists most people picked in the contest from this week? The submission thing did close at midnight last night…
Lol and you think Cudi isn’t a joke of a rapper?
Kendrick Lamar was here last year for Spec-trum’s show and A$AP Rocky is gonna be on tour with Rihanna…we need some good rappers SPEC, that will put on a show! 2 Chainz, trueee
You should check the Coachella lineup, as it’s the same weekend. That cuts out a lot of potential artists, including many discussed here.
The Coachella Lineup for Friday cuts out some options, but it’s entirely feasible that someone play Fling and then be at Coachella for a set on Saturday or Sunday
It’s definitely not fun., they’ll be in Europe during Fling..
Why would Macklemore come for Fling and be back on June 1 for Roots Picnic?
Calvin Harris or Janelle Monáe would make my lifeeeeee
