Your Week in TV
September 14, 2008 at 3:02 pm
9/14 - 9/20
This week is kind of quiet, but there are a few gems, with some shows starting out their seasons, and some ending theirs. There's also Smallville and Supernatural.
The Closer: Mon 9/15, 9 p.m. on TNT SEASON FINALE! The Priority Homicide Division is now called the Major Crimes Division, but their first priority is a homicide. Go figure.
Weeds: Mon, 9/15, 10 p.m. on Showtime SEASON FINALE! Nancy's squealed to the DEA about The Tunnel and it looks like her main squeeze, the evil/good/guapo mayor of Tiajuana, knows about it. To quote the immortal Jay Z: shit's about to go down.
Biggest Loser: Families: Tues, 8 p.m. on NBC The show that makes you feel useless for watching other people change their lives instead of changing your own is back with a family edition.
House: Tues, 9/16, 9 p.m. on Fox Memo to House: accidentally killing your best friend/pseudo life partner's girlfriend is not the best way to get in his good graces. To wit, Wilson's quitting Princeton-Plainsboro and his former pal.
Smallville: Thur, 9/18, 8 p.m. on the CW The 37th season of Smallville begins with no Lex Luthor, very little Lana, but a whole lot of newspapering as The Daily Planet becomes more of a focus.
Supernatural: Thur, 9/18, 9 p.m. on the CW Dean and the guy playing Dean's brother do things of a supernatural nature.
It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia: Thur, 9/18, 10 p.m. on FX I have no idea what's going to happen but somebody will do something stupid, somebody else will be offended, and Charlie will say something unintelligible.
