A strange bird-like creature seems to have landed on the Green this afternoon. No, it isn't that vaguely terrifying hawk of last spring. It's a squawking parrot! Well, a guy dressed up as a parrot who is squawking. And eating Ritz crackers. On the Button, no less. Pledging season has indeed begun.
