According to local news sources, Penn Police are on the lookout for pickpocketing suspects in University City. While we thought pickpockets were usually relegated to Industrial Revolution era England or horribly crowded tourist locales, we'll protect our belongings accordingly. Don't let those Artful Dodgers get ya!
