Charge That Pita

Today we were picking up a Bella Donna (our favorite Magic Meatball incarnation) for lunch and came across a piece of information that could change the way food carts do business: Magic Carpet will now be taking credit cards.

They'll be using a wireless credit card machine at both of their locations starting in about three weeks. As people who love food carts and always forget to take out cash, this is revolutionary; we can only imagine that other carts will follow suit.

The Magic Carpet folks also told us they'll be introducing gift cards. After all, nothing says I love you like falafel.
