Food cart regulars may have noticed two of our favorite street-side establishments (KoJa, as pictured below, and Rami's) got serious makeovers sometime over winter break.

Rami's and KoJa's simultaneous pimpage fascinates us. Other than their equally charming owners, we didn't think these two trucks had much in common. I guess we were wrong.
