Potential Cheesiness In The Hood

Don't take our word for it, but sometimes we see a rumor so exciting we just have to share.

Foobooz and City Paper report that the owners of delicious Center City wine and cheese bar Tria have purchased a spot in the Left Bank building on 31st and Walnut. No word yet on what exactly is going in the space, but we have high hopes. For the uninitiated, Tria is fucking awesome.

We'll keep our fingers crossed.

Update: Philly.com reports that the space will not be a third outpost of Tria, but will be a wine bar. Still sounds great. Word is that it'll be opening in about six months, so we're hoping things will be up and running for NSO 2010.
