An Exclusive Look At City Tap House

We've been working on getting a first look at the City Tap House, the new beer bar/outdoor beer garden on the second floor of the Radian, right on top of Capogiro and Jimmy John's. Being a Sunday, the space was finally free of construction workers, allowing us to traipse through the construction zone and at least pretend to be trespassing. We got some nice sunset snapshots.

We originally heard it was slated to open in December, and then February, but to no one's surprise, that did not go down. Given the looks of things, it seems like they have a few more weeks to go.

The outdoor terrace space features a line of firepits, so the Tap House can stay open year round. The indoor area, which is far larger than we expected, has a wood interior, with copper accents, giving it a craft brewery kind of vibe. Last we heard, they were planning to carry 42 craft beers on tap, as well as food.

In other words, hurry up! We want our brews!
