Taking to the STREET(s)
July 29, 2010 at 10:00 am
Today, the second-to-last issue of the Summer Pennyslvanian takes to the streets. And there's nothing better than reading some Street as you walk down the street. Or maybe Locust Walk, where you're less likely to get hit by a car or a bicycle.
This week's page 6 contains a review of a movie about classical civilization that (pleasingly) doesn't center on sword-fighting, praise for an artful collaboration that has finally seen it's official release, and a roundup of what's what in Philly's favorite lunch emporium. We've also got an interviews with the drummer of a quintet that's making big waves in the blogosphere and a songwriter trying to pen a song for every state. Hint: it's not Sufjan Stevens.
Be sure to check out our to-do list so you're in the know about all the fantastic festivities this weekend.
