University City Dining Days Exist, Have Been Extended

diningdays_weblogo_sm

University City Dining Days, the infinitely more convenient step-sibling of the storied Restaurant Week, makes its extended two week debut starting July 15th. That's right - rather than the singular Restaurant Week, you will be granted the gift of two (plural) weeks of wallet friendly West Philadelphian fare. Are you counting down the seconds yet?

The system is simple: pay for a prix-fixe three course meal at a critically lauded restaurant and hopefully come away having paid much less than you would have had you ordered a la carte. But unlike it's Center City-centric predecessor, Dining Days offers a variety of pricing options, so you won't leave thinking that $35 was an awful lot to pay for three courses of bar food. There are three different price levels ($15, $20, and $30), and literally tens of local restaurants to choose from.

Our picks at every price point are after the jump.
