Alas, all good things must come to an end, and Summer Street is no exception. We've had tons of fun bringing you the scoop on summer's releases, openings, and happening events, and we hope you've enjoyed reading the issues week after week. Pick up the last Summer Pennsylvanian of 2010, on news stands today, and savor the summer flavor.
This week, we have two film reviews: a contemplation on the future of gay issues in mainstream cinema, and a musing on the winning components of a good action flick (spoiler - a hot headliner does not for a masterpiece make). We also have a report on a brand new restaurant in Queen Village; read the article to discover what happens when you take a kitchen genius out of ritzy Rittenhouse. We also have a special online-only summer playlist: 25 of the best songs from this summer. And, of course, we've given you the run-down on the weekend's festivities. Take a good look, because after this you're going to have to start planning your own weekends.
But of course, Street as you know and love it will be back every Thursday inside the DP. Get excited, because we're ready to bust out of the broadsheet.
