Power's Out On Spruce-- According to OFSA (who we called frantically when shit got dark), a lot of Spruce lost power due to the storm. The outage is affecting at least the 39th to 40th block, and possibly more. People are working on figuring out how to fix this, but for now plan to head somewhere else if you like electricity.

Update: It's also affecting the 3600 and 3700 block of Locust; PECO is working on the issue, but no word on how long this will last.
