TOMS Shoes at Civic House

Now that everyone's totally into voting and getting involved in the community and stuff, it seems like a pretty good time to invest in a pair of TOMS Shoes. Anti-Poverty Action Week 2010 is coming up, and Civic House is kicking it off on November 14th with the TOMS Shoes "Style Your Sole" event, where you can order a pair of white TOMS shoes and decorate them while learning about social entrepreneurship and social impact organizations.

Don't forget to RSVP here by this Friday, October 29th. In the meantime, you can order a pair of socially conscious shoes  at Civic House through Thursday from 3-7pm and Friday from 3-5pm. The first 25 orders will get a pair for $25 (instead of the usual $44), and everyone else will get one for $40. Cash and PennCash accepted.
