5th Floor Of VP Looking Pretty Off Limits

Woof. This stinks. If you've for some reason decided to brave the dark recesses of VP this early in the semester, you may have noticed that the 5th floor is kind of a mess. A sign (photo after the jump) said that things should have been back to normal by the 22nd, but that doesn't seem to be the case: according to some brave tipster-correspondents, the situation remains unchanged.
