Sweetgreen Is Coming, Sweet

Organic, healthy, and otherwise green salad/froyo/wrap shop Sweetgreen will be the yuppiest new place in the Radian come May. The "fast casual" spot is really into locally sourced ingredients, being good to the earth, and everything else trendy people love to say they support.

Side point: where does one draw the line between fast, casual, and "fast casual?" Wikipedia tries to define it but we have so many questions. Cosi? Chipotle? What if you go to a fast food restaurant on Casual Friday? So much to ponder.
