The 38th Street River

Good morning, everyone. What you are currently seeing is the stretch of 38th Street between Spruce and Baltimore, where a water main break has turned the boulevard into a burbling brook. Lots of houses west of 38th are reporting a loss of water, so you can expect much of the off-campus dwelling contingent to be smelly and unwashed today. Also, try doing your laundry by beating it with rocks in this sparkling new stream!
