Maybe It's Someone's Birthday?

It must take someone special to get a birthday celebration banner this big. We like the dramatic use of color and the inoffensive language, but we think some nice splashes of glitter could've really brought this to the next level. Whoever you are, happy birthday! And no, this doesn't entitle you to free floor passes for Spring Fling.
