Go-Go-Gadget: Robot Pitcher

Sick of being picked last for teams, a group of Penngineers have created a robot that will earn them a spot in MLB history. Because, as our mother always told us, if you can't beat 'em, you should build a robot that can.
In honor of the citywide Philadelphia Science Festival (running April 15-28) and the Phillies' Science Day at the Ballpark, a robot from the General Robotics, Automation, Sensing and Perception (GRASP) Lab will be throwing the first pitch at Wednesday's game against the Brewers.
Step aside, Mark DeRosa: there's a new Penn player in town.
