Another Day, Another List

In a number crunch conducted by College Splash, Penn has emerged as #18 on this list of the 20 Most Googled Colleges and Universities. The only other Ivy school to make the cut is Harvard at #11.

We're a little skeptical about the methods used for this tabulation. After all, one of the colleges that beat us out was the 20-year-old University of the West. Can we be sure that people Googling weren't just looking up universities in the West? Did South College come up because people are scopin' out colleges in the South? And how about American University?

Although it is indeed very suspicious that most of the colleges and universities on this list have a location in their name (yes, even dear old Penn), we're just going to assume the folks at College Splash know what they're doing. Which means it's official: Google just can't get enough of us.
