If you answered yes to any one of these questions, then shake off that case of the Mondays and keep reading. A new episode of The Bachelorette is on tonight, and we’ve come up with a few ways to make it more exciting.

Step 2: Turn on your television to ABC at 8 p.m. (eastern), and follow these rules:

Take a sip:

• every time you see Ashley staring off into the distance
• whenever you don’t know which guy is which (this would be great if you’re watching this with two+ people and can challenge each other with name guessing)
• every time you see a dude in a polo and/or khaki pants

• every time Ash makes out with someone
• every time you see someone shirtless
• during every commercial break

• every time you hear the word “Bentley” or see his face or see a clip of him any time at all, ever.
