Praise The (Land)Lord

Landlords suck. It's like, isn't there somebody higher up I can betch to? Denizens of Campus Afartpartments, there is. And He could be your new land-Lord.
Back in 1993, St. Agatha's, a Roman Catholic Church at 38th and Spring Garden, was converted into an apartment complex called The Cloisters. With only 50 of 65 units leased at the moment, the complex is hoping to attract Penn and Drexel students. For those who don't mind rooms without windows to the outside world, you might open up your back door upon a grand altar or enjoy a stained-glass window in your living room. You can re-purpose it as a reflective meditation sanctuary!
Sure, it's a bit of a walk, but imagine the upsides: partying with the Holy Trinity (no, not Theos, Owls and Oz), A-Mazing theme parties (Bible Thumpers and Co-ed Humpers?) and a convenient confessional before/after your walks of shame.
