Sink Or Skim

It's here! It's finally here! "What is! What is?!" you ask. The Sophomore Skimmer! "Oh, never mind," you reply. Wait, but the Skimmer actually might be fun! Free food, free t-shirts, hot air balloon rides, and a "few surprises." Oh, and a Dave Matthews cover band, because why not? The event is open to the Classes of 2013 and 2014 and will go down next Friday (the 16th) on College Green (and Hill Field for the hot air balloons) from 5-7 p.m. Check out the vid above, featuring music by Penn's very own Hoodie Allen! You can tell because he says his name a million times.
