Eric Cantor Cancels Speech

Picture-1

House Majority Leader Eric Cantor has canceled his scheduled appearance at Hunstman Hall today, where he planned to speak about income inequality as part of a Wharton Leadership Lecture series. Cantor was told his talk would be open only to Penn students, but upon learning it would be opened to the public — and targeted by protestors, including those involved with Occupy Philly — Cantor reneged on his appearance. How much fuel did he just add to the fire with this stunt? Give us your thoughts in the comments.
