SPEC Announces Fall Concert Artist: Mayer Hawthorne

For those of you who can't get enough Motown-y jams, Mayer Hawthorne proves to be a good fit for the genre. Out of 100 competing artists, SPEC chose this melodious musician as Penn's Fall Concert headliner, as reported by the DP.
