Flyerer of the Week: Muslim Student Association

Did you avoid Locust this week because of scary, annoying freshmen? Probably a good move, but like, yo we got you covered. Flyerer Of The Week goes to these dudes from the Muslim Student Association. We tried not to say anything culturally insensitive (and ultimately failed). 

So, who are you and why are you on the walk?

I'm Habeeb (plz be the right spelling) and I'm Ali. We're part of the Muslim Student Association, a student group for Muslim and non-Muslim students to come together and support each other.

Pretty dope. I was going to make a joke but am actually interested in what else you guys do?

We do community outreach, community service, hold discussions and prayer, and like to eat a lot of food. You can check out more info here.

Ya, speaking of food you guys got a weird mix going on rn. Dates, Oreos, and like... soda. Kind of gross ngl. Can you explain this?

*Informative part here* Dates have the most fiber out of any food and we use them to break fast during Ramadan. We also just really like Oreos. Giving and eating good food is big part of this club.
