The Kweder Documentary Is Here And Already Generating Oscar Buzz
March 22, 2016 at 11:30 am
Already have plans for this Friday at 3:30 p.m.? RESCHEDULE THEM.
At long last, Adventures of a Secret Kidd: The Mass Hallucination of Kenn Kweder, will be premiering at The International House, and we honestly haven't been this excited for a cultural event at Penn since Chance came here in the Fall of 2013. (Wait, he's the Fling 2K16 headliner? Sorry for the savagery, SPEC).
Anyway, Kweder's cinematic debut is sure to be a treat for the eyes and the ears, though we are sad to report there will be no performance or Q&A following the viewing – so there go our hopes of trying to unravel the meaning behind the name of the documentary.
In any case, we've been told that tickets are sure to sell out quickly (no surprise there), so get 'em while they're hot. After all, if Kweder's past is as illustrious as the title suggests, then this film is a must-see – because remember, where there's smoke('s), there's fire.
