Spring has sprung! Looks like we're finally back to warmer weather, colorful flowers, and SABSing on College Green. Here's a couple of events for this coming week that might distract you from that smell of manure that's all over campus:
UA Presidential + Vice Presidential Debates
When? Monday at 9pm and Tuesday at 10pm
Where? Huntsman G60 and Harrison RTL
Why? We've seen plenty of crazy, weird, and ridiculous presidential debates in the past couple months. Maybe this one will be similar!
Bring? A CNN reporter to cover what will surely be a crazy debate
Andrew Rosen, Founder and CEO of Theory
When? Thursday at 4:30
Where? SHDH 350
Why? There's a rumor that Mr. Rosen will be handing out free t-shirts, saving you a mere $170!
Bring? A shopping bag
When? Friday, 6pm-12am
Where? Franklin Field
Why? To donate to the American Cancer Society and see all of your favorite on-campus performers!
Bring? As many people as you can!
When? Saturday, 2:30pm
Where? College Green
Why? A time for celebration inspired by the Hindu spring festival. And you get to throw stuff at your friends.
Bring? Clothes you don't care to get ruined (so not that $170 t-shirt from Theory!)
When? Sunday, 8am
Where? Penn Park
Why? To donate to Camp Kesem and get some exercise
Bring? Your friends!
Philly pick of the week: A screening of In Search of Israeli Cuisine
Where? Gershman Y, 401 S. Broad Street
Why? This will be as close as you can get to actually eating at Zahav
Bring? Hummus
