The University of Pennsylvania just unveiled a new list of academic concentrations for the upcoming 2019-2020 school year. The newest major on the market? THC!
Trade and Horticultural Cultivation, a Wharton-specific major, studies burgeoning financial markets in plant-related management, utility and technologies.
One elective course looks into markets for edible plants. The course, taught by our very own Gastronomy department, varies in length, but usually last 4-6 hours — quite the commitment.
