OP-ED: I Wouldn’t Be Failing My Midterms If Bob Mueller Would Just Get This Whole Thing Over With Already

These are trying times in our country, especially for the young generation. Since the 2016 election, the need to not just be a student, but also an active citizen, is greater than ever. Platforms like Twitter have allowed me to stay more aware of the issues surrounding the Trump administration—especially Robert Mueller's investigation into possible collusion with Russia. That said, I have a psych midterm this Tuesday, so if Bob Mueller could just wrap things up a little sooner, I’d really appreciate it.
I want to stay involved, I really do. This is an important time in our country's history. But when I saw I got a C on my US-Russia Foreign Policy paper, it started to click that maybe @LibMike16’s tweet thread on Don Jr.’s summer camp counselor-turned-kremlin agent wasn’t as informative as I thought it was. So, Bob, lets just leave the pieces where they are. Time to pack things up, because though democracy might be suffering, my grades are starting to suffer more.
I mean, don’t get me wrong, I think the investigation is being handled with diligence and integrity. Uncle Bobby and the team were able to charge Paul Manafort and Michael Cohen during the summer months, where my shitty internship in New York was the perfect place to keep hitting refresh on that Twitter timeline. To be honest though, I thought we’d have a hard conviction slapped on big Don by, like, at least NSO. At this point, aren’t things dragging on a bit?
Let's just call the whole thing off. You don’t want my grades to be as bad as the President’s, do you?
