Bryce Casto is an extremely creative person. He rarely wears traditional clothing, instead opting for second-hand children’s clothes. He also wears makeup almost every day and has struggled to maintain the minimum course limit that he needs to graduate within six years.

Bryce is also a fan of poppers, the recreational drug characterized by a 30-second head rush that users ingest by huffing fumes through their nostrils. He also likes essential oils, often preferring them to more traditional modern healing practices.

“I really like spraying my pillow down with lavender essential oil before I go to bed or putting some peppermint essential oil on my wrists to perk up in the afternoon — I just find essential oils really grounding and pure. I also love how fucked up poppers make me feel. I like how my brain stops working after I do a lot of poppers in one night.”

Recently, Bryce has had the urge to combine these two passions.

“One day I was looking at my essential oil diffuser in one hand and my poppers in the other, and I thought, ‘Why not combine these bad boys?’ Obviously there are serious health concerns surrounding the constant inhalation of poppers that my idea would cause, but I’ve decided that I don’t care about those.”

Bryce reported that the first time he added poppers to his diffuser, he was put in a coma for three weeks, during which he had a manic fever dream about Catholic theater camp. He is excited to see where this new alternative medicine practice will guide his soul.
