Choose Your Own Adventure: Can You Make it to the Band Room with Enough Time Left To Cry and Listen to ‘How to Save A Life’ by The Fray?

You frantically dig around in your satchel and recover a Bakugan from the collection you bring around with you everywhere you go.
"Bakugan... brawl!" you scream.
With a gentle toss, your prized Auxillataur in full Baku-gear plummets to the ground and rolls in front of the hulking mass of muscle that is Thad.
"What? A Bakugan? Come on, man. What is this, 2007?" Thad chortles, crushing your plastic buddy with the sole of his Air Jordans.
The grief is unbearable, and you quickly lose the willpower to run a few more yards to the safety of the band room. Thad catches up with you and trashes your Yu-Gi-Oh, Magic, and Pokémon card collections, in that order. Worst of all, you did not even get to listen to the second single from the debut studio album of The Fray before sixth period began. Damn it!
