Trump Gifts His Kids Coal for Christmas to Support the Mining Industry

This Christmas season, Trump has announced that he will be gifting his children coal for the holiday in an effort to support the mining industry. 

The decline in coal sales has many Americans involved in the industry worried about their financial futures. To support his voting base, this holiday season the president is attempting to rebrand coal, spinning the product as a great gift to put under the tree.

He tweeted: “MY CHILDREN ARE GETTING COAL IN THEIR STOCKING LIKE REAL AMERICANS.”

In an interview Trump said, “I got coal every year in my stocking. Believe me, coal is a staple of this great American holiday.”

Trump will also be investing in fracking to extract oil for Ivanka’s Hanukkah menorah.
